When you created your account, your log in was your email address and password, instead of a phone number and a four-digit PIN for setting up an online profile as used by other prepaid plan providers. Currently, Straight Talk has three ways to reset your password, online, via text or through the app.

Reset Password Via Website

Go to straighttalk.com. Keep in mind that this URL will route you to the correct https://www.straighttalk.com/wps/portal/home but is much easier to remember.
Click on the My Account option, located on the right-hand side of the page.
Here, you'll see the log-in screen. Click on the word password in Forgot email or password.
Enter the email address for your account and confirm you're not a robot by completing the quick Captcha verification.
Once you've correctly verified the Captcha, click on submit. You should receive an email with the link to reset your password.

Quick Tip for Forgotten Email

If you forgot your email address and click on the Forgot email option, you will be prompted to enter your phone number or serial number before completing the captcha.

Text the word PASSWORD to the helpline 611611.

Reset Password via the App
